Robert D. Rutstein, DPM

A native of Connecticut, Dr. Robert D. Rutstein graduated Hall High School, in West Hartford. He attended Adelphi University in New York and the University of Hartford. Dr. Rutstein received his Podiatric Medical degree at the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He then went on to complete his post-doctoral training at the Granada Hills Medical Center and Manchester Foot Clinic Podiatry Preceptorship Program in Los Angeles, California.

Dr. Rutstein was named the “Podiatrist of the Year” by The Connecticut Podiatric Medical Association in July of 2000. Presently, Dr. Rutstein serves as a Clinical Instructor in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at the Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center Podiatry Residency Program.

Eric M. Kosofsky, DPM

A Connecticut native, Dr. Eric M. Kosofsky was a graduate of Hall High School, in West Hartford. He attended Fairleigh Dickinson University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Chemistry and Minor in Biology. Dr Kosofsky attended Podiatric Medical School at the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He then went on to complete his post-doctoral training at the West Roxbury VA Medical Center Podiatry Residency Program, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. His program affili­ates included UMass Medical School, Joslin Diabetes Center, Massachusetts General Hospital and New England Deaconess Hospi­tal.

Dr. Kosofsky was named the 2011 Podiatrist of the Year by The Connecticut Podiatric Medical Association.

Presently, Dr. Kosofsky serves as Section Chief of the Department of Podiatry at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center and is an Assistant Professor, Department of Medicine at the University Of Connecticut School Of Medicine.
