Dr. Kosofsky is an Assistant Professor, Department of Medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and was the Section Chief of Podiatric Foot and Ankle Surgery at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center from 2009 thru 2021. He was also named the "Podiatrist of the Year" by the Connecticut Podiatric Medical Association in 2011.

Dr. Rutstein was named the “Podiatrist of the Year” by The Connecticut Podiatric Medical Association in July of 2000. Presently, Dr. Rutstein serves as a Clinical Instructor in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at the Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center Podiatry Residency Program.

Dr. Desai completed his three-year post-doctoral training in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident. His post-doctoral training included clinical rotations with the following institutions:
Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, Hartford CT: General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Infectious Disease, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
The Center for Advanced Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine, Hartford, CT: Advanced Wound Care, Diabetic Limb Salvage, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Dr. Desai will be treating a wide array of foot and ankle pathologies including: trauma, sports medicine, limb salvage, wound care, diabetic foot care, and biomechanics.
