Dr. Kush R Desai, DPM
Born and raised in Connecticut, Dr. Kush Desai was a dual-graduate from Rocky Hill High School and Greater Hartford Academy of Math and Science. He attended Boston University and completed his undergraduate education with a BA in Biology with specialization in cellular molecular biology, and a Minor in Public Health. Dr. Desai received his medical degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He recently completed his three-year post-doctoral training in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident.
His post-doctoral training included clinical rotations with the following institutions:
Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, Hartford Connecticut
The Center for Advanced Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine, Hartford, CT
Advanced Wound Care, Diabetic Limb Salvage, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Dr. Kush Desai will be treating a wide array of foot and ankle pathologies, including but not limited to: trauma, sports medicine, limb salvage, wound care, diabetic foot care, and biomechanics.
